Evaluations Assessments
Evaluations Assessments
The Process
Psychoeducational assessments are conducted by our certified Ed.Diagnositician mostly in four sessions, depending on the client stamina and disposition. We do suggest adding counseling sessions while being evaluated:
Intake Session – $200 (applied toward the full evaluation if services continue; non-refundable if discontinued).
Clinical Interview
Child Testing Sessions
Feedback Session/Report
Fees for ADHD and other assessments are available upon request.
The evaluation fee includes:
Review of records
Consultation with relevant professionals/providers
Selection of testing battery
Test scoring and interpretation
Preparation of a comprehensive written report with results, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations
Insurance Coverage
Most psychoeducational and ADHD evaluations are not covered by insurance. BeeWell Counseling Center can assist in verifying coverage, but families are strongly encouraged to confirm benefits directly with their insurance provider.
Payment Policy
50% of the total fee is due at the clinical interview
Remaining balance is due at the child 1st testing session
All fees are non-refundable once the process has begun

Scheduling & Timelines
A parent or legal guardian must submit a written request for an evaluation.
BeeWell Counseling has 15 business days to provide consent for evaluation and procedural safeguards.
Once consent is obtained, the diagnostician has 45 business days to complete the Full Individual and Initial Evaluation (FIIE), excluding the client absences of three or more days.
Within 30 calendar days of completing the evaluation, BeeWell Counseling will hold a parent meeting to review results.
Assessment sessions typically require 3–5 hours, depending on the child’s age.
Results & Review
Following testing, the client and guardians will meet with a certified diagnostician to review evaluation results and recommendations.
